The Recreation Advisory Board (RAB) is an advisory group to the Village Board of Trustees on a variety of recreation-related issues. The RAB recommends policies regarding strategies on the acquisition, protection, maintenance, and enhancement of parks as well as support with interpretation and communication of the policies and functions of the Recreation and Parks and Department. The Recreation Superintendent is an ex-officio member of the Board.

Term of Office 3 Year Term

Membership/Appointment The Recreation Advisory Board consists of ten members; Five appointed by the Board of Trustees, and five members appointed by the Town Supervisor. Under Local Law 9-2017, members to serve no more than two consecutive terms and must have 75% attendance.
