LEGISLATIVE MEETING
The Board of Trustees shall hold a meeting for the transaction of public business on the first and third Wednesdays of every month. The Mayor of the Village shall preside at all meetings of such Board of Trustees, and shall have a vote upon all matters and questions coming before the Board.
